Welcome to the shareware version of Bio-Rhythms a program that calculates your personal bio-rythms.  As well as calculating bio-rhythms, this program also calculates your day of birth and your age in days.

v1.04.00 - 10/11/97
- Bio-Rhythms now runs under all flavors of Windows 3.x.
- dates have been internationalized. Bio-Rhythms now reads the date format properly and doesn't give the invalid date message any more.
- names and birthdays used to calculate bio-rhythms are now stored in one database instead of an individual file per person. This was done to speed up access and reduce disk space requirements.
- all names and birthdays are now displayed in a listbox on the main screen, making access to the complete database quick and easy.
- double-clicking on a name and birthday on the main screen brings up the New/Edit Bio-Rhythms screen.
- registration procedure has had some bugs??? fixed and now works properly. 
- Bio-Rhythms|Open, Bio-Rhythms|Reopen, Bio-Rhythms|Display Current was removed as all bio-rhythms are now available from the main screen.
- Bio-Rhythms|Backup Birthdays was added to back up and purge all deleted names and birthdays from the database.
- Bio-Rhythms|Restore Birthdays was added to retore a cleaned up database.
- Double-clicking on the name and birthday list brings up the Edit/Bio-Rhythms screen.
- various graphic enhancments were made throughout the program to make it easier to look at (at least I think so).
